Dr. Farhat received his training at Boston University, where he also completed four years of postgraduate training in periodontics and implant dentistry. As well, Dr. Farhat has a Master of Science in Oral Biology. Dr. Farhat is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology with a previous affiliation with the Department of Periodontics at the University of Washington.
Dr. Farhat is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors here in the beautiful Puget Sound.
