Ashley

Lead Surgical Assistant

I graduated from Clover Park Technical College in 2005 and have been assisting in periodontal implant surgery for 18 years. Since 2015, I have assisted Dr. Farhat in periodontal surgery and coordinated our implant cases. I want all of our patients to feel comfortable and in control of their oral healthcare, especially if they are nervous. My team and I work hard to make our patients’ experiences in our office as positive and comfortable as possible.

In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, archery, and hanging out with my mini Austrailian shepherd.

Denise

Office Manager

I began my career as an assistant in 2001 and after a year, went to work as a scheduling coordinator with a periodontics office. I have been with Dr. Farhat’s office since 2007. As our office manager, I present treatment and financial arrangements, and oversee insurance, billing, and other aspects of business management. I enjoy working with a team of dedicated professionals who all love periodontics and it really shows!

I am married with two wonderful boys. We enjoy traveling, camping, playing and watching sports, and spending time together.

Arnetia

Dental Hygienist

I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 22 years. There is nothing more important to me than the relationship I have with my wonderful patients. I'm dedicated to teaching them the best ways to achieve and maintain their dental health. I have been working with Dr. Farhat's office since 2019. 

I enjoy traveling to new places, trying new restaurants, and attending my two children's sporting events.

Jennifer

Surgical Assistant

I started my dental career in 2001, and have worked as a dental assistant for both general and specialty offices. I find all aspects of dentistry interesting, but my favorite so far is working in Periodontics. I love helping patients make the best choices for their dental health.

In my spare time, I love traveling to the San Juans, hanging out with my two beautiful kids, and finding the next best new restaurant.

Surgical Assistant

I have worked at Northwest Implants and Periodontics since 2020, starting my dental career in 2016. I enjoy working with Dr. Farhat and creating relationships to improve our patients dental health. Coming from a general dentistry background, it has been so fun learning the indepth and expanded field that is Periodontics. 

I love spending time with my son, exploring the Washington Coast, and seeing live music.

Dana

Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech

I have been a dental assistant for over 25 years, and trained in all aspects of dentistry. I have been working with Dr. Farhat since 2021. I love working with the team at Northwest Implants and Periodontics and helping out in any way that I can. 

I enjoy working in my garden (currently working on my reclaimed wood greenhouse!) and spending time with family and friends.

Kristin

Scheduling Coordinator

I started as a dental assistant in 2008, and gained clinical experience before moving to the front desk. I enjoy organizing the tetris game that is our schedule. I have experience in a few different specialties of dentistry, and love learning more about Periodontics. As the first point of contact, I enjoy seeing the lasting relationships built on trust and respect between Dr. Farhat and our patients. 

I love spending time with my amazing daughter, exploring Burien, hosting BBQ's, and hanging by the pool. 

Jessica

Marketing Coordinator

I started as a dental assistant in 2009, and have experience in both the back and front office. I love being available for any office to office communications, and can be found stopping in to our lovely referring dental offices for any of their needs.

I enjoy traveling (Mexico is my favorite!), finding the best sushi, and working on my vintage car and motorcycle.
